HI, I AM LAURA

Personal life coach who's way more interested in helping you feel your growth than just talk about it. Because I firmly believe understanding is not enough anymore.

I started this whole journey in January 2022 because my life went pear shaped - I just worked 4 years to be this coffee girlie, opening a coffee shop and creating my coffee empire. Guess what - it didn’t work and I thought: who am I if not this coffee girlie? 

My identity was at stake - who the heck was I? So I started a life coaching course, thinking: I need action tools, I need to change this asap! Little did I know, this was nervous system screaming: do something, you need to have a certificate to be safe!

And so I started coaching and realized pretty quickly: OMG THIS IS ACTUALLY WORKING! And so i started laurafuchs-coaching.com

Over the last years in this business I grew more and more in the wonderful world of breath and body, because I realized: the brains of my clients are loud and messy, powerful and strong - but not strong enough because their body is on board  they are not FEELING it. 

So today I help them change and make moves asap. And they are freaking making moves, left right and center: quitting jobs, starting businesses, expanding businesses, dating people they have never dated before, expanding their love relationships with better communication and all because they feel CLEAR & CONNECTED. MODULE 1 - YOUR INNER BELIEFS
Come Home to You

Let's meet the version of you that's been running on autopilot. Together we'll uncover:

  • the deepest belief you are anchored in, not to judge it but to change it.
  • The inner voices that keep telling you you’re not good enough/worthy/smart etc and
  • How to hold space for yourself with the inner yes method, starting a new kind of self-dialogue that is grounded, kind, and honest.

After module 1, you will stop rejecting your patterns and start changing them. You meet yourself with so much more love and something inside of you finally exhales. 


MODULE 2 : OVER COMING TRIGGER
Clear the Chaos and Create more space

This week, we go deeper into your triggers, reactions, and your ‘internal glass ceiling’.

We unpack:

  • the beliefs that keep running the show and give you space to stretch.
  • How to build more safety in the discomfort of growth and change,
  • making choices instead of only reacting and releasing yourself from  the loop of doubt and second-guessing

After module 2, You will stop feeling overwhelmed by your life & responses and begin guiding them. Old beliefs loosen, and a new sense of you will peak through!

MODULE 3: FINDING YOUR PURPOSE 
Feel What You really Want (and act upon it) 

Now that we've cracked you open and you know how to give yourself a good feeling in this, we will be exploring what lies behind the new beliefs. 

  • What do you truly want?
  • Who are you becoming?
  • What scares you about the bigness of that?

You will leave this module with clear direction and start walking like the version of you who already believes. 

 

 


MODULE 4 : BUILDING RESILIENCE
Holding the dip (or what we do when sh&t hits the fan)

It's super easy to grow and to feel aligned when life feels good, when you are in great spirits and good energy. But what about the days when it doesn't?

This week, you learn

  • how to hold yourself through these dips, without spiraling and with more calmness.o
  • the "Whoopsie" ritual, which is your own unique, personalized self-support kit to connect back to yourself in the moments when it matters most. So you'll stop spiraling when things wobble.
  • how to bring yourself back and to keep going.

MODULE 5: EMBRACING YOUR TRUE SELF
Walking with all parts of you

Now we're bringing it all together. So you are living in this, not just learning it. 

  • You will meet your inner team: the child, the critique, the higher self, and find a way to let them coexist.
  • We will bring all your parts of you to the table with more breathwork, somatic anchoring, and a personalized integration map so you become the leader of your inner world.

After Module 5, You know who you are, who you want to be, and you trust yourself to follow your intuition. So you can feel calmer, more relaxed in your life and have more fun. 
MODULE 6: CELEBRATE YOURSELF
Claiming the Life That’s Waiting

In your final week, we will look back and forward. You will:

  1. Track your growth
  2. Celebrate all of you
  3. Map out your next steps

This is your closing loop for the old you and your opening door for more Self-Belonging in your future. This week you will leave grounded in you. You don't just know who you are, you trust her. You open the next chapter with clarity, a full inner yes, and a feeling for yourself. You finally feel, and don't just rely on understanding.

THE LOGISTICS

When does the experience start 

Self-Belonging starts on 3rd of September with six weeks of weekly live calls and will end on 8th of October. 

The first monthly integration call is scheduled for 12th of November. 

Call times are always at 5 pm AEST and 9 am CEST. 

What if I can't make the live calls?

You will receive a recording straight after the live call, so you can jump in whenever suits you. A lot of the times, people in my world also like to listen to the live calls again, because things can land differently the second time.

How long will I have access to the content?

You will have access to the live calls for 1 year (same as the ability to jump into the integration check-ins).

Is this a group program or is there 1:1 support too?

This is a group program, but you can snatch a 45min 1:1 call if you are amongst the first 10 to sign up. 

On top you always have access to special offers for one-on-one calls with me, and I will be in the community chat, as well as giving you input in the weekly somatic safety check-ins. 

What’s the difference between this and your private coaching?

Whilst private coaching is more tailored to your specific life and season, think deeper personalized strategy, more real-time support, and more direct access to me through WhatsApp one-on-ones. 

This program is more structured, in self-paced parts, it gives you my core tools and practices, such as the Inner Yes Method, the Whoopsie Ritual, and plenty of rituals and somatic exercises I teach usually only in one-on-one settings. This in a way is more accessible and affordable. >>

What if I’ve done loads of inner work already—will this still be useful?

Yes, just because you've done loads of inner work doesn't mean that actually all landed.

You probably know the tools, you probably know your patterns, you probably know your attachment styles, but changing it around takes a different level of support, accountability, and safety. 

This is why you're here babe, right? Otherwise you would not be looking. This is your place if you know everything already but you actually want to bring it into your life.

I’m scared I’ll fall off the wagon (again)—can this really stick?

It is totally normal to feel scared because here right now you are facing something that could actually change your life, and that can sometimes be very scary. 

So it could be easier to just not do it and stay with the familiar. This can really stick if you are willing to do the work if you are willing to look into the stuff, and I'm here supporting you through it. 

My piece is the accountability piece, your piece is the willingness piece. And this is where it starts.

Is this therapy? Will this "fix" me?

Hey babe, no, this is not therapy, and it's not about fixing you either because you're not broken. 

You might feel stuck, you might feel overwhelmed, you might feel disconnected, you might feel that you're not sure what else you could do because you're trying to be everything to everyone. That doesn't need fixing. 

This work is about coming home to yourself, it's about learning to listen inward and not just to hustle. It's about building safety within yourself, reclaiming your voice and your energy and your boundaries so you can say no when you mean no and you can trust your gut. 

Therapy can be beautiful and is often recommended alongside coaching, but this space is about guiding you back to your own inner yes.
